Program Highlights

– No cost to participate.
– Earn while you learn! Participants can earn up to $1,250 in incentives when you reach milestones 
– Participants will complete technical instruction to learn industry-specific skills in safety protocols, fasteners, additive manufacturing, hand and power tools, and more!
– Gain skills in building your resume, interview preparation, and workplace communication.
– Participate in guided tours and guaranteed job interviews with at least 4 local manufacturing companies.
– Transportation and childcare available.
– Receive help with clothing and supplies for work.
– Opportunity to earn 2 nationally-recognized certifications: CMfgA and OSHA 10.
