The VentureB Innovation Series is a new program focused on providing startups with hands-on educational training. The topics in this series will help start-ups effectively grow their business by gaining tangible experience in 90 minute workshops. This session of the VentureB Innovation Workshop will have participants explore aspects of Mapping your Business Landscape.

This program takes participants through an exercise to map their business landscape. The workshop will include discussion on the importance of incorporating this as part of your business planning, what things to consider, when should you consider them, and the overall impact mapping you business landscape has on customer discovery, marketing plan development, and partnerships.
