MACNY invites you to join Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay for a Legislative Webinar on March 24th at 10:00 am.

Barclay will discuss the 2021 Legislative Session, the state budget process, and his legislative priorities. His remarks will be followed by a Q&A session with members. 

Leader Barclay represents the 120th Assembly District, which includes large parts of Oswego County and Onondaga County; and the Jefferson County town of Ellisburg. In January 2020, he was elected by his colleagues as the Leader of the Assembly Minority Conference. He also is a member of the Committee on Rules.
