2026 CEG Annual Meeting

November 18: 3:45 pm - 6:00 pm

Join business and civic leaders for one of the region’s premier economic development gatherings on Wednesday, November 18 at NY Creates’ Albany Nanotech Complex, the nation’s leading semiconductor research and innovation hub.

Gain valuable insights into the trends, investments, and opportunities shaping the Capital Region’s economic future. The program will feature remarks from NY Creates’ President and CEO Dave Anderson, along with updates on CEG’s work to strengthen the region’s competitiveness and drive economic growth.

The evening will conclude with a reception, offering an opportunity to connect with leaders from business, government, education, and the nonprofit community.

Please plan to allow adequate time for facility check-in upon arrival at the Albany Nanotech Complex in the Zen Building.

Registration Details & Security Requirements

Please note the following requirements for all attendees:

  • Registration Deadline: Registration closes at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 17. No exceptions can be made after this deadline, as the attendee list must be submitted to the NY Creates Security Team.
  • Guest Information Required: Organizations reserving multiple tickets must provide the full name of each attendee. Due to security requirements, we cannot accept “TBD,” “Guest,” or similar placeholders.
  • Identification Requirements: All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or U.S. Passport) upon arrival. During check-in, attendees will also be required to provide their vehicle license plate number.
  • Requirements for Non-U.S. Citizens: Non-U.S. citizens must contact Lauren Cognato at lcognato@capitalregionchamber.com no later than Monday, November 2 to complete the required security paperwork. Please note that processing takes approximately two weeks and cannot be expedited under any circumstances.
