CEG Launches ReadySites Albany/Capital Region: Database of Available Industrial Sites & Buildings

CEG has launched a new interactive database for Albany/NY’s Capital Region Sites & Buildings. The database, called ReadySites Albany/Capital Region, highlights available industrial sites and buildings throughout the Capital Region, providing a key resource for companies looking to locate or expand across the region’s eight-county footprint.

The new tool, developed with input and insight from local economic development organizations and commercial real estate brokers, provides a comprehensive inventory of active, publicly marketed industrial properties in the Capital Region offering at least 25,000 sq. ft. of existing space or at least 10 acres of developable land.

The inventory will be regularly refreshed to provide companies and sites selectors with real-time data. Going forward, CEG will look to build out additional functionality of the database, highlight additional data for industrial sites, and include an inventory of key office properties for business location and expansion opportunities. Funding for the database came from National Grid and CEG investors.
