Bitchin’ Donuts celebrates new Colonie location post-Albany fire
“A local donut shop is opening a new location months after its Albany store was damaged by fire.
March 17, Bitchin’ Donuts held a grand opening celebration for its new shop at 2008 Central Avenue in Colonie. The plans to open at this new location were delayed after the original location on Lark Street in Albany was damaged in a fire.”
Apartments near GlobalFoundries seek planning approval in Stillwater
“Plans to build a 482-unit apartment complex near GlobalFoundries in Stillwater are moving again.
Forest Ridge Development LLC is seeking approval from the Stillwater Planning Board for project.”
Patrick Chiou plans to add more apartments in Albany
“Patrick Chiou wants to convert another empty, run-down property in Albany into apartments.
The building at 135 Ontario St. in midtown would have a two-story addition with 34 market-rate units and a total of 42 bedrooms.”
