Troy Industrial Solutions expands Watervliet repair shop

“A years-in-the-making renovation and equipment upgrade has positioned a Watervliet-based industrial service company to grow.

Troy Industrial Solutions, a maintenance and repair company that serves clients across the Northeast, has completed a nearly $800,000 expansion of its electromechanical repair shop in Watervliet.”

West Mountain’s ski resort plan swaps apartments for condos

“The plan to turn West Mountain in Queensbury from a small ski area at the foothills of the Adirondacks into a year-round resort is moving forward as the owners have hired a new architecture firm to bring their vision to life.

Spencer and Sara Montgomery, along with their co-owners, have hired Bull Stockwell Allen — a San Francisco- and Boston-based firm that specializes in ski resorts and other hospitality properties — to design plans for the future resort.”

MJ Engineering to expand Saratoga County HQ

“MJ Engineering will be expanding its offices in Saratoga County to accommodate continued staff growth.

The business received approval from the Halfmoon Planning Board on Monday to add 2,265 square feet to its headquarters at 21 Corporate Drive off Sitterly Road near Route 9.”
