Delcath Systems plans expansion of Kingsbury facility
“A fast-growing maker of cancer treatment systems is expanding its Washington County headquarters.
Delcath Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: DCTH) recently obtained approvals from the town of Kingsbury to expand its facility at 566 Queensbury Ave. near Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport.”
Goold Hill Estate opens in Schodack
“A beloved and historic farm is reopening under new ownership after a million-dollar renovation.
Pick-your-own orchard, farm store and cidery Windy Hill Estate — now called Goold Hill Estate — in Schodack sold last year for $1.8 million to the owners of a Connecticut vineyard.”
Legacy Equipment plans new Queensbury facility
“A truck equipment shop in Queensbury has plans for a larger facility that will give it room to grow.
Legacy Equipment LLC, which outfits trucks for commercial and municipal uses, is planning to build an 8,400-square-foot facility at 52 Van Dusen Road, a few minutes from the Thruway’s Exit 18.”
