DESCRIPTION:Join NY Loves Nanotech as we present the 3rd Excelsior Award to Aubrey (Bill) Tobey\, President of Act International; Former Vice President GCA Corporation\nAbout: \nThe Excelsior Award is presented to individuals who have made a tremendous impact on the global semiconductor industry and who are graduates of New York educational institutions. \nWhile at GCA\, Bill led the team that developed the wafer stepper\, a pioneering technology in wafer processing that led to modern lithography tools.  For this achievement\, Bill was awarded the 2006 Bob Graham Award.
