SUMMARY:DOE Letter of Intent Webinar
DESCRIPTION:The Downstate New York SBIR Assistance Center at Stony Brook University\, in collaboration with BBC Entrepreneurial Training & Consulting\, is offering two virtual webinars in December to assist small businesses obtain federal SBIR grants\, allowing the continuation of R&D that will have strong potential for technology commercialization. The workshops\, focusing on the DOE and DOD\, are being held December 7 & 9\, 2021. You can register for one or both.  To learn more about the workshops or to register for free\, click here. \nThe 45 minute webinar on December 7th will discuss the purpose\, timelines\, submission web portal and strategies for preparing a DOE Letter of Intent (LOI). At the conclusion of this webinar\, participants will be equipped to prepare and submit a compelling LOI\, which is a requirement prior to submitting a full proposal to the DOE SBIR/STTR Program.  For the current DOE open Phase I solicitation the LOI deadline is January 3\, 2022. \nThe December 9th webinar (5½ hours) will feature a DOD-focused workshop providing detailed instruction on preparing a proposal to meet the requirements of the DOD\, including both technical and commercialization plans\, and navigating the submission process.  \nWe hope you will find one or both workshops appealing and take advantage of these opportunities to work alongside the Downstate NY SBIR Assistance Center.  There will also be several workshops available in January and February 2022\, so please visit our website to see what we do and how we can help your business! \n  \n  \nREGISTER HERE for December 7th Webinar>>\n  \n  \n
