DESCRIPTION:This four week training series is designed for certified and pending certification MWBE business. \n REGISTER \nOverview of how to utilize your MWBE Certification in the Sales Process and Identi-fying Contracting Opportunities and the ins and outs of writing a winning proposal\, how to read a RFP\, and preparing the proposal components. \nPresented by the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce Presents in partnership with the Small Business Development Center at the University at Albany.  \nThe minority and women-owned business program is designed to assist the growth and development of businesses owned and controlled by women and minority groups.  An important activity of the program is to increase the participation of those businesses in the procurement activities of NYS. An ongoing\, independent business owned\, operated or controlled by minority-group members and/or women is eligible for certification.
