SUMMARY:Cause-Effect Thinking Seminar
DESCRIPTION:Adirondack Business Development Partnership Seminar Series present:\nFixing the Problem\, Not the Symptoms: Cause-Effect Thinking Seminar\nBusiness operations are about cause and effect. Too often we focus on symptoms that problems create rather that delving into the root cause of the problem\, creating a stop-gap approach to problem solving. \nWhether your challenges reside in employee turnover\, supply chain\, operational processes and/or implementation\, utilizing the Root Cause Analysis approach to solving problems will enable your company or organization to identify the obstacles before committing valuable resources resulting in a more cost-effective approach with a higher success rate. This seminar\, presented by Leslie Kendall of Kendall Associates\, is designed to provide attendees with an overview of: \n•  Overview of Root Cause Analysis as a process\n•  Learn how Root Cause Analysis can pinpoint obstacles to success\n•  How to utilize a Cause-Effect process to maximize performance\n•  How to implement Cause-Effect thinking in the workplace to increase efficiency \n REGISTER \n
