Wahpeton Fire Department Receives Grant for BullEx Fire Safety Trailer
Good news kicked off the Wahpeton City Council meeting Monday, as Richland County Emergency Manager Brett Lambrecht announced the Wahpeton Fire Department will receive three grants.
