Watervliet opens development office at arsenal

The city of Watervliet is opening a development office at the Watervliet Arsenal.

The office will be located at the Watervliet Innovation Center, a business incubator located at the arsenal that is operated by the Center for Economic Growth, an Albany-based nonprofit that promotes business expansion.

The city office will be staffed on a part-time basis, Mayor Mike Manning said.
