Don joined the Center for Economic Growth (CEG) as a Project Director of Technology Services in January 2006.  In this role, he focuses on assisting manufacturers and technology companies in the region grow their businesses.  Don is a certified Lean trainer, Training Within Industry (TWI), Job Relations and Job Instruction Instructor and a Certified Eureka Growth Coach.

Prior to joining CEG, Don was the Owner and President of a manufacturing company, Empire Exhibits & Displays for ten years and was a partner in Exhibit Planning and Management for four years before that.

He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Associates in Applied Science Degree Management from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and an Associates in Applied Science Degree in accounting from Hudson Valley Community College.

In 2003 Don was awarded the Capital District Business Review’s 40 under 40 designation for successful business people making a difference in their communities.
