Novellus CEO wins NY Loves Nanotech award

NY Loves Nanotech, a group of businesses and academic organizations that promote nanotechnology in New York state throughout the world, has given out its first-ever Excelsior Award.
The award will be given each year to a nanotech industry leader with ties to higher learning institutions in New York state.
This year’s recipiant is Rick Hill, CEO of Novellus Systems Inc., a semiconductor manufacturing equipment maker based in San Jose, Calif.
