Pre-Hire Consultations

This service is best utilized when your candidate is considering other offers or unsure about relocating to the area. Your candidate will have a confidential discussion with a Talent Connect team member (a conversation they wouldn’t want to have with their potential employer) about their personal wants and needs, introductions to local resources, and details about living here. This tool can be a turning point for your candidate to accept your offer!

Downtown City Tours
