New York State Energy Research and Development Authority’s (NYSERDA) Saratoga Technology + Energy Park ® (STEP®)
NYSERDA’s STEP Park is a 280-acre site located in Malta, New York, master-planned for 1.25 million square feet of office, lab, and light manufacturing. STEP is the home of Hudson Valley Community College’s TEC-SMART workforce training facility and the administrative offices of GLOBALFOUNDRIES. GLOBALFOUNDRIES semiconductor manufacturing facility is currently the largest economic development project in the country.
More than a physical site, STEP is a knowledge community with significant resources for clean-energy and environmental companies looking for strategic locations to build and grow in the heart of New York’s Tech Valley.
