  • Provide a mutually agreed to understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Strategic Account Manager
  • Develop an understanding of how to develop and strengthen relationships with the sales network and the strategic account stakeholders
  • Provide templates and examples of account planning documentation
  • Help Strategic Account Managers prepare and facilitate account planning sessions and to develop account strategies, plans, and establish mechanisms for accountability.

This is a highly interactive workshop; the skills taught are practical and can be applied on the job right away. Lean Finance & Accounting Workshop

The operational strategy most effective in achieving world-class performance is Lean. Unfortunately, accounting can be an obstacle to the Lean journey as traditional performance metrics are not aligned with nor promote Lean behavior. Operation’s professionals achieve great gains on the production floor but are surprised when there is little evidence of improved operating results on traditional financial reports. Accounting and manufacturing must work together to develop new metrics and “plain English” financial reporting.
